(1865) B & S 340. The claimant bought an action in Defamation against the claimant, which had published an imputation that he had been sentenced to three weeks' imprisonment. In fact, he had been sentenced only to two weeks' imprisonment. Nevertheless, the defendants' claim of justification was accepted by the court -- the imputation need only be substantially true, not perfectly true in all particulars.
