Created by Chief Lawiki on 16 October 2009, at 16:44
From Law wiki, the wiki for law research(1862) 1 H&C 90. The defendant concealed a defect in the breach of gun he sold to the claimant. The claimant eventually found out about the defect, and sought to recover damages in the tort of deceit. He failed, because he had not inspected the gun and, as a matter of logic, could not have been deceived. -- Main.KevinBoone - 15 Jan 2004 }Contributors This page was last modified on 23 December 2011, at 07:00.This page has been accessed 3,483 times.
