s.15 - s.21

Defines how acaution against first registration is lodged, managed, and cancelled.

s.23

Given statutory recognition to the prior assumption that the registered proprietor can exercise all powers of an absolute owner. Abolishes the mortgage by demise in the context of registered land.

s.34

Defines how an agreed notice or UnilateralNotice is entered.

s.43

Defintes how a restriction can be entered (see restriction on register).

Schedule 1
