Most registered companies (see: Registered company) are of the 'limited liability' meta (see: Limited company). Registered unlimited companies are corporations (see: Corporation), but members are liable for all debts incurred by the company. Unlimited companies are all classed as 'private' for share trading purposes, meaning that their shares cannot be offered for sale to the public.
